Paul Irwing

Dr Paul Irwing is a Reader in organisational psychology at the University of Manchester. He is currently a member of the editorial board of "Intelligence", and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. His D.Phil. was completed in 1992, and integrated goal-setting, job characteristics and self-concept theories of work motivation. Paul Irwing is the co-discoverer of two major gender differences presented in six articles in "Intelligence", two articles in the "British Journal of Psychology" and one article in "Nature". He has a total of 50+ publications including 20 journal articles and has presented 30 conference papers/invited lectures.
