United Kingdom . The printrun is 20,000 copies and the PDF version is available to some 220,000 members of theFitlads website.Some 4,000 copies are distributed to five regional editions;
London ;Scotland ;Midlands ;South England ; andNorth England .Regional content is provided on one A3 spread towards the middle of the publication. The middle pages are used for a centrefold.
