"The Sign on the Door" is a 1921 film starring Norma Talmadge, and Lew Cody. It was directed and written by Herbert Brenon. The film was based upon a play by Channing Pollock. The film was remade in 1929 as "The Locked Door", starring Barbara Stanwyck.
