Brian Witherspoon (born June 5, 1985 in Butler, Alabama) is an American football cornerback in the National Football League. He played college football for Stillman College at the positions of cornerback and kick returner. He also ran track for Stillman, he was an All-American in Division II. On April 27, 2008 he signed as an undrafted free agent with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He is the only player in the history of the franchise to play at Stillmanfact|date=July 2008.

Witherspoon was also the only undrafted free agent to make the Jaguars final 53-man roster in the end of the 2008 preseason. He also supposedly ran times of 4.16 and 4.25 in the 40 yard dash while training with
DeFrancos Training.
