Bishop of Dorking

The Bishop of Dorking is an episcopal title given to a suffragan bishop in the Church of England Diocese of Guildford, which is within the Province of Canterbury, England."Crockford's Clerical Directory 2008/2009 (100th edition)", Church House Publishing (ISBN 978-0-7151-1030-0).] The title takes its name after the county town of Guildford in Surrey. Until 1927, the suffragan bishops had been appointed for the Diocese of Winchester.
