The Brothers Wilderness area is located on the eastern side of the Olympic Peninsula south of Buckhorn Wilderness and north of Mt. Skokomish Wilderness. The area was created in 1984 and now includes convert|166825|acre|km2. The Brothers wilderness is named after The Brothers peak which is the highest in the wilderness area at convert|6866|ft|m. The Duckabush river flows throught the middle of the area. The area lies in the rain shawdow of the Olympic Mountains.
