Accident

On October 21, 1970, Philippine Airlines Flight 215 was en route from Cauayan Airport to Manila Airport when, at 10,500 feet

, an explosion occurred in the aircraft's lavatory, the tail section separated from the aircraft and the aircraft crashed.
