Canad Inns

Canad Inns is a chain of hotels headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. The company operates nine hotel properties in the province of Manitoba and one in the U.S. state of North Dakota. In 2004, Canad Inns was named one of "Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies". The chain employs 2,500 people and is the 14th largest hotel chain in Canada and the largest in Manitoba.

In the past, the company had a history of buying underutilized hotel properties and reinvigorating them with added investments. Recently, Canad Inns has started developing brand new facilities with many amenities. For instance, the property that recently opened in Grand Forks, North Dakota features a 13-story hotel, a large waterpark, and three restaurants.

The company also purchased the naming rights to Winnipeg Stadium, home of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League, which is now called Canad Inns Stadium.
