Inborn errors of purine-pyrimidine metabolism

Inborn errors of purine-pyrimidine metabolism are a class of inborn error of metabolism disorders specifically affecting purine metabolism and pyrimidine metabolism.

An example is Lesch-Nyhan syndrome.
