1969 CONCACAF Championship qualification

A total of 12 CONCACAF teams entered the competition. fb|CRC, as the hosts, and fb|GUA, as the defending champions, qualified automatically, leaving 4 spots open for competition. The 10 teams were divided into 5 groups of 2 in which one of them will advance to the final tournament.

"Haiti" qualifies with aggregate score of 3-0.

Series Two

November 2, 1969, Hamilton, Bermudafb|Bermuda 2 - 1 fb-rt|MEX

"Mexico" qualifies with aggregate score of 4-2.

Series Three

April 11, 1969, Kingston, Jamaicafb|Jamaica 1 - 1 fb-rt|Panama

May 11, 1969, Kingston, Jamaicafb|Panama 1 - 2 fb-rt|Jamaica

"Jamaica qualifies with aggregate score of 3-2.

Series Four

fb|HON were disqualified due to Football War with El Salvador, so "fb|ANT" advanced to the tournament automatically.

Series Five

fb|El Salvador were disqualifed due to Football War with Honduras, so "fb|TRI" advanced to the tournament automatically.
