The St George and Sutherland Shire Leader is a Fairfax Media-owned community newspaper distributed in the southern Sydney region. With a readership of 287,000, the Leader is the most-read suburban newspaper in the Sydney Metropolitan Area [ [http://www.fcnonline.com.au/zabout.asp?pcode=LSU Fairfax Community Newspapers Online] ] . The paper is published twice weekly, in two editions to cater for the St George and Sutherland areas.
