Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy

The "Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy" is one of the most widely circulated student-edited American law reviews and the nation's leading forum for conservative and libertarian legal scholarship. It was founded by Harvard Law School students Spencer Abraham and Stephen Eberhard in 1978. The founding of the Journal led to the founding of the Federalist Society.

Authors writing for the Journal have included Guido Calabresi, Viet Dinh, Frank H. Easterbrook, John Eastman, Richard Garnett, Robert George, Douglas Ginsburg, Lino Graglia, Alex Kozinski, George Priest, William H. Pryor, William Rehnquist, Antonin Scalia, Eugene Scalia, Clarence Thomas, and John Yoo.
