Ernie White

Ernie White

Ernest Daniel White (September 5, 1916 in Pacolet Mills, South Carolina - May 22, 1974 in Augusta, Georgia), was a professional baseball player who played pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1940-1948. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Boston Braves. In 1950 White coached the Evansville Braves of the Three-I League.
