Carlos Luis Torres (born 10 March 1968 in Asunción) is a retired Paraguayan football player who played for a number of clubs both in Argentina and Europe, including CD Badajoz and Real Jaén.

Torres was the Paraguayan 1st Division topscorer in 1991, playing for Olimpia.
