The John Whipple House is a historic house and National Historic Landmark in Ipswich, Massachusetts.

The oldest portion of the house was built in 1642 for John Whipple, a British colonist. A large addition to the house was constructed in the 1670s. The house was added to the National Historic Register in 1966.cite web|url=http://www.nr.nps.gov/|title=National Register Information System|date=2008-04-15|work=National Register of Historic Places|publisher=National Park Service] Currently, the house is run by the Ipswich Historic Society.
