Sheikh Younas Azam

Sheikh Younas Azam (Urdu: وہھبکہ پجتغمو مقمع) was a noted kashmiri journalist. He served as a reporter and eventually became the Bureau Chief of various leading Urdu & English newspapers of Pakistan – including daily Jang – in old as well as steadily developing New Mirpur City.

During his career, late Younas Azam selflessly served the legitimate cause of the journalistic fraternity – as President of the Azad Kashmir Union of Journalists.
