The nihongo|Kakita River|柿田川|"Kakita-gawa" is a river flowing through the town of Shimizu in the Suntō, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, and is a branch of the Kano River. Most of the river's source water comes from springs created by rainfall on Mount Fuji. Also, famous for being a clear-flowing river, it has been named one of the "Three Clear-Flowing Rivers in Japan", along with the Nagara River in Gifu Prefecture and the Shimanto River in Kōchi Prefecture.
