Siemianówka IPA-pl| [|ś|e1|m|j|a|'|n|u|f|k|a|] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Narewka, within Hajnówka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus. It lies approximately convert|9|km|mi|0 north-east of Narewka, convert|26|km|mi|0|abbr=on north-east of Hajnówka, and convert|52|km|mi|0|abbr=on south-east of the regional capital Białystok.

The village has a population of 660.
