Hugh Christopher Budd (usually known as "Christopher Budd"; b. 27 May 1937) is a British Roman Catholic prelate and the 8th Bishop of Plymouth.[1][2]

Born in Romford, Essex, England, he was ordained a priest on 8 July 1962 before being elevated to the episcopacy as Bishop of Plymouth on 19 November 1985.[1]
