Mandavi

Mandavi

In the Hindu epic Ramayana, Mandavi was the daughter of Kushadhwaja, a brother of King Janaka of Mithila and hence a cousin of Sita. She was the wife of Bharata, the younger brother of Lord Rama. They had two sons, Taksha and Pushkara. The Pushkara mentioned here is not related to Nala in Nala charitra.
