Paman is an aboriginal language family of Cape York in Queensland, Australia. First noted by Kenneth Hale, [cite journal |last=Hale |first=Kenneth L. |authorlink=Kenneth L. Paman descendants

Extant Paman languages include the Northern Paman languages Uradhi, Linngithigh and Mpakwithi, Umpila and Kuuku Ya'u, the Middle Paman (sometimes called "Wik") languages Wik Ngathan, Wik Ngatharr, Wik-Mungkan, Pakanh, Ayabadhu and Kugu Uwanh, Uw Olkola and Uw Oykangand, Ogh-Undjan, Kuuk Thaayorre and Kuk Yak, Yir Yoront and Yirrk Thangalkl, Kok Kaper, Kok Narr, Kukatj, the Norman Paman languages Kurrtjar and Kuthant, Uuk Umpithamu, Rimanggudinhma, Umbuygamu, Lamalama, Flinders Island, Guugu Yimidhirr, Gugu Yalandji, Yidiny and Djabugay and Mbabaram.
