Highway 102 is a provincially maintained highway in the Thunder Bay District of northern Ontario, Canada, serving as a northern bypass of the city of Thunder Bay.

The western terminus is at the concurrency of Highway 11 and Highway 17 at Kaministiquia. The eastern terminus is also at Highway 11/17 in Thunder Bay.

Prior to 1998, the road's eastern end was at Cumberland Street in central Thunder Bay (Highways 11B and 17B).
