Current Issues in Intestinal Microbiology (CIIM, Curr. Iss. Intest. Microbiol.) is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes high quality review papers on all aspects of intestinal microbiology and probiotics. History

Current Issues in Intestinal Microbiology was established in 2000. In January 2008 this journal was incorporated into Current Issues in Molecular Biology. The new combined editorial board strengthened the publication and created a stronger and more broadly based publication.
