Tamaulipas is the fourth State that has produced more crowns in the history with 2 crowns. The State Organization has produced two Nuestra Belleza México in 1996 with Rebeca Tamez and 2004 with Laura Elizondo.

- Adriana Celis is sister of Alejandra Celis Nuestra Belleza Tamaulipas 2003.
- Cecilia Ortíz was the original winner of Nuestra Belleza Tamaulipas 2010. The 1st Runner-up, Claudia González was who represented Tamaulipas in Nuestra Belleza México 2010. Cecilia Ortíz quit the state crown for health reasons that prevent her from participating in national competition.
- Laura Elizondo obtained the title of Nuestra Belleza México 2004, which gave her the right to represent Mexico in Miss Universe 2005. There, she placed as the third runner-up. She also placed third in Best National Costume. Elizondo stated that although she didn't win, she was satisfied with the results as well as her accomplishments within the competition. She graduated on May 30, 2008 from Tecnologico de Monterrey with a Bachelor in Business Administration.
- Mónica Aragón represented Mexico in the Reinado Internacional del Café 2002 in Manizales, Colombia. Also she is sister of Rosa María Aragón Nuestra Belleza Tamaulipas 1999.
- Rebeca Tamez was Nuestra Belleza México 1996 and represented Mexico in Miss Universe 1997, but she didn't place. She also represented Mexico in Señorita Continente Americano 1997 held in Honduras where she won the 1st place. She was part of the musical group Garibaldi, after studying at the CEA of Televisa. Participated in the telenovela "Átrevete a Olvidarme" and in many major commercial brands.
- Yadira Patiño competed in the contest Miss Latin America 2008 held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic representing Mexico. She ended up as a semifinalist. Also she competed in Miss Atlántico Internacional 2008 in Punta del Este, Uruguay but she didn't place.
